◇ Our method

Test five channels. Keep the two that work.

One channel is a guess. Running five used to take five agencies. Our AI-native team runs them for the cost of one, then moves your budget to what books meetings.

◇ The problem

Why one channel is a guess

One channel is a guess because most teams test channels one at a time: webinars for a quarter, then outbound, then ads. Each test takes a quarter to read, and a launch rarely runs on one channel alone. Volume is not the fix either. On our own cold email campaigns, the interested rate fell from about 3% in 2020 to under 1% by 2024. What works is a mix. One client opened a new market with Google Ads, SDR calls and in-person events run together, and booked 40+ meetings in six months. So we run five channels at once, read them every week and move the budget to the ones that book meetings.

◇ The Ship Cycle

Diagnose · Build · Run · Scale or hand over

Four stages, run the same way in every engagement. Each one ends with something you keep.

  1. Phase 01

    Diagnose

Weeks 1 to 3. Find out where pipeline can come from.

    What happens
    • We audit your channels, your data and your team.
    • We check how you show up when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode.
    • We pick the five plays to test and agree what counts as a result for each one.
What you have at the end

A scorecard of your channels and a 90-day plan with the five plays to test.

  2. Phase 02

    Build

Weeks 3 to 6. Put the plays in place, in your name.

    What happens
    • We build the lists, scoring, campaigns, tools and events the plays need.
    • Everything goes into your accounts and your stack: HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Claude Code or what you already run.
    • Something is live by day 14.
What you have at the end

Live campaigns and tools in your own accounts.

  3. Phase 03

    Run

Weeks 6 to 12. Run the plays together and move the money.

    What happens
    • The plays run at the same time, on one signal loop: create, identify, follow up.
    • You get a ship report every Friday: what shipped, what it produced and what we changed.
    • Budget moves to the plays that book meetings and away from the ones that do not.
What you have at the end

Pipeline and booked meetings from the plays that proved themselves, and a plan to scale them.

  4. Phase 04

    Scale or hand over

Month 4 on. Keep what works and decide who runs it.

    What happens
    • We keep scaling the winners in an AI Marketing Pod, with a senior lead in your leadership meeting.
    • Or we help you hire and train the team that takes over.
    • Either way, everything stays in your accounts.
What you have at the end

A marketing team that runs on what works, whether that team is ours or yours.

◇ The signal loop

Create, spot, follow up.

Every play in the Run stage feeds one loop. We create buying signals, spot who shows them and follow up while it matters, and the budget follows the part of the loop that books meetings. Signal Engineering is how we describe the first step: giving buyers a reason to raise their hand, with a launch, an event, a webinar or a free tool, instead of only waiting to detect intent.

◇ The plays

Where each play sits in the loop.

01

Create

AI Launch, Event & Webinar Pipeline and AI Search Visibility. Launches, events, webinars, content, ads and AI search give buyers a reason to raise their hand.

02

Identify

Lead Scoring & Data. Enrichment and scoring in Clay and UserGems, website visitor ID and your CRM data show who is showing intent.

03

Follow up

Target Account Pipeline. Personal outreach, LinkedIn, SDR calls and ABM ads reach the right person at the right moment.

04

Behind all three

AI Marketing Workflows. Agents and automation for content, campaign ops and reporting keep the loop running with the team you have.

Signal-based outbound is the follow-up step run as its own play, Target Account Pipeline: outreach timed to buying signals, like a new VP, a funding round or a pricing-page visit, instead of a bought list.

◇ What does not change

The rules

  • Every engagement is led by Ayhan Isaacs, who sits in your leadership meeting.
  • Something ships in the first 14 days.
  • You get a ship report every Friday.
  • We report pipeline and booked meetings. Emails sent and MQLs are not results.
  • Everything is built in your accounts and your name.
◇ Every Friday

What a ship report looks like.

01

Shipped

Everything that went live this week, with links. For example: webinar landing page live, two new sequences in Smartlead, scoring model updated in Clay.

02

Results

Booked meetings and pipeline from each play, this week and to date.

03

Budget

What moved, from which play to which, and why. For example: paid budget moved to the event follow-up, because that is where the meetings came from.

04

Next week

What ships next and what we need from you. For example: AI search fixes on the three pages buyers ask about most, and your OK on the new account list.

One page, every Friday.

◇ Questions

Questions we get about how we work.

Five is how many plays a Growth Sprint tests, because one channel on its own is a guess. The GTM Audit picks which five, based on your channels, data and team. After 90 days you keep the ones that book meetings and drop the rest.

Start with a Growth Sprint.

Ninety days, five plays, a ship report every Friday and a plan to scale what worked. Book a call and we will tell you which five plays we would test first.
