  • Stage (1)  Ideate

    This is where we help you clearly define your target audience & break it up into specific personas.

    After that we brainstorm relevant messaging per persona.As we are doing this, our team will start setting up your email infrastructure based off your requirements. This includes domain/IP warmup and the necessary tools

  • Stage (2) Experiment

    Once messaging and the audience is decided, we begin experimenting.

    To do this we launch 'micro' campaigns and review the results in a qualitative manner.

    The goal is to identify (with data) messaging that resonates with the respective audience/persona.We will also identify which marketing channels compliment your email campaigns (eg. social, content, landing pages, ads).

    Combining email with other channels drive up conversion by nearly 3X.

  • Stage (3) Scale

    Once the right cadence and messaging has been identified. We focus on the 'winning' campaign(s) and amplify.

  • Stage (4) Optimize

    We optimize and measure for one metric - prospects that are interested in a conversation (for outbound), or number of purchases/activations (for email marketing).

    This is done by frequently reviewing a campaigns performance to understand why we got these specific results and extrapolate valuable insights.

  • What is the difference between cold email outreach and email marketing?

    Cold email outreach is to communicate with people you would like to know. Similar to a cold call - but instead of using a phone you are using email. You are using a specific mailbox(es) to communicate with your prospects

    Email marketing are the emails you get from a company when you opt-in for a subscription of some sort. This could be a daily/weekly newsletters, receipts, reminder emails etc. You would use email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.

  • Cold outreach seems spammy - what are you doing to make sure your emails land in the inbox?

    Cold outreach is a powerful tactic to propose a business partnership. Unfortunately many do not know how to use it properly. We are used to being mass emailed from overseas companies that hold no relevancy.

    We do not do that.

    We research your industry, understand your value proposition and communicate that to your ideal prospect. We have a specific methodology to ensure your emails land in the inbox.

  • What makes a good cold outreach sequence or structure?

    Successful outbound prospecting comes down to four core principles:

    (1) Technical Email Infrastructure: Set up your email environment properly to ensure high deliverability. This includes purchasing secondary domains, configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, and warming up inboxes gradually. Limit each inbox to no more than 15–30 emails per day to avoid spam filters. Use a diversified setup—mix inboxes across providers like Google Workspace, Outlook, and even private mail servers—to reduce risk and increase sending capacity.

    (2) High-Quality Prospect Data: Your list should be clean, up-to-date, and laser-targeted. Irrelevant or outdated data not only hurts performance but can damage sender reputation. Prioritize verified emails, accurate firmographics, and intent-based signals whenever possible.

    (3) Channel-Optimized Messaging with Clear Relevance: Your messaging must speak directly to the prospect’s pain points. It should be specific, problem-focused, and adapted to the platform (e.g., concise and conversational on LinkedIn, more structured in email). Avoid vague value propositions—clarity and context are key to grabbing attention and prompting engagement.

    (4) A Compelling, Low-Friction Offer: Craft an offer that’s too good to ignore. As Alex Hormozi puts it, a "grand slam offer" is high-value, low-risk, and clearly solves a meaningful problem. In cold outreach, your offer should motivate immediate action—whether it's a pilot, audit, or short discovery call—by making the benefit obvious and the next step easy.

  • How does your cold email outreach process allow you to be compliant with international data privacy laws?

    Our process allows us to be compliant with CASL, GDPR and CCPA. We only email business email addresses, place an opt-out link on all communication, do not email people who have opted out previously and always ensure your messaging is relevant with a business/professional reason for the outreach.

  • Do you work with B2C companies?

    No, we exclusively work with companies targeting B2B prospects. Email prospecting for B2C audiences is restricted under various privacy regulations and is not supported in our engagements.

  • What should my average deal size be to cold email our ideal prospects?

    Ideally the average annual contract value for your product/service should be a minimum of USD 5,000. Otherwise the unit economics will not make sense. If your deal size is less than USD 5,000 dollars you can still use cold email to acquire new customers - but it would not make sense to hire us.

  • Do you provide data for our ideal prospects when doing outbound cold emails?

    Our engagements include the cost of sourcing prospect data tailored to your requirements. Pricing will vary based on the type of information needed and the volume of contacts. Generally, the more data points required, the higher the cost per record. We’ll walk through these variables in detail during our discovery call.

  • Are you using any proprietary tools?

    We leverage a range of trusted SaaS tools to set up and manage your campaigns, with tool selection tailored to the specific type of engagement. A full list of tools will be shared during your onboarding or kick-off call.   • How much does your agency charge?

    It’s straightforward—once the scope of work is finalized, we establish a monthly retainer. Our agency fees start at USD 12,000 per quarter and may vary depending on the engagement scope.

  • How long are your engagements?

    Our engagements typically range from 3 to 24 months, with most clients working with us for an average of 6 to 9 months. Our role is to build a strong outbound system and guide clients in activating and scaling the outbound channel. As companies grow, they often internalize these systems and continue to build on the foundation we’ve helped establish

  • Do you only work with SaaS companies?
